Duck Creek Insights Developer

Job Title : Duck Creek Insights Developer Experience : 6-9 Years Employment Type : Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Insights Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions within the Duck Creek Insights product suite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in SQL databases and Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI), coupled with a deep understanding of data analysis and reporting within the insurance domain. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering data-driven insights and solutions to our clients. Responsibilities : - Duck Creek Insights Development : Develop, implement, and maintain solutions within the Duck Creek Insights product, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, report development, and data visualization. - SQL Database Expertise : Utilize strong SQL skills to design, develop, and optimize database queries and stored procedures for data retrieval and manipulation within the Duck Creek Insights environment. - Microsoft BI (MSBI) Development : Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Microsoft BI tools, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). - Insurance Domain Knowledge (Preferred) : Leverage prior experience in the insurance domain to understand business requirements, data structures, and reporting needs specific to the industry. - Duck Creek Data Insights Experience (Preferred) : Utilize prior experience in Duck Creek Data Insights to deliver solutions. - Data Analysis and Mining : Apply strong knowledge of database structures, systems, and data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from data within the Duck Creek Insights platform. - Problem Solving : Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to data retrieval, reporting, and system performance. - Communication : Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients. - Agile Methodology : Work effectively within Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with other developers, business analysts, and project managers in large team settings. - Reporting Deliverables : Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field. - 6-9 years of working experience on the Duck Creek Insights product. - Development experience with programming languages. - Strong SQL database or relational database skills. Required Skills : - Strong Technical knowledge on SQL databases. - Strong Technical knowledge on MSBI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS). - Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining. - Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. - Outstanding problem-solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Working experience in Agile methodology. - Good analytical skills. - Ability to work in large teams.
