CPQ SFDC Business Analyst Exp : 8 Years Location : Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata Notice : Immediate to 15 Days Years of relevant experience : 8 : - Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, quoting workflows, discounting logic, and contract management within the Salesforce environment. - Functional Design and Specifications : Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for Salesforce CPQ configuration and potential custom development. - Salesforce CPQ Configuration : Hands-on configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ features, including product rules, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes. - Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales teams, product management, finance, legal, and IT, to understand their needs and ensure alignment on CPQ solutions. - Workshop Facilitation : Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with business users to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and drive consensus. - User Story and Acceptance Criteria Definition : Create well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide the development and testing efforts. - Collaboration with Technical Teams : Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Architects to ensure that the proposed CPQ solutions are technically feasible and aligned with the overall Salesforce architecture. - System Testing and UAT Support : Participate in system testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the implemented CPQ solutions meet business requirements and are functioning correctly. - Documentation and Training : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials for Salesforce CPQ. - End-User Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on how to effectively utilize Salesforce CPQ functionalities. - Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains through the strategic use of Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities. - Stay Updated : Continuously learn and stay informed about the latest Salesforce CPQ features, updates, and best practices. - Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve issues related to Salesforce CPQ configuration and functionality. - Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze data within Salesforce CPQ to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in the quoting Skills : - Salesforce CPQ Expertise (formerly SteelBrick) : Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, quoting, and contract lifecycle management. - Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, data model, security model, and declarative development capabilities (e.g., Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules). - Business Analysis Expertise : Proven experience in business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering techniques, and documentation best practices. - Understanding of CPQ Processes : Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) business processes and their integration with CRM systems. - Salesforce Configuration Skills : Demonstrated ability to configure and customize Salesforce CPQ features using the platform's declarative tools. - Data Analysis Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights to support business decisions related to CPQ. - Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences. - Strong Stakeholder Management Skills : Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders across different business units and levels of seniority. - Proficiency in Documentation Tools : Experience using tools for creating process flows, functional specifications, and user documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus (at least 5 years) on Salesforce CPQ implementations and support. - Proven track record of successfully gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Salesforce CPQ for enterprise clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification : Highly preferred. - Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification : A Points : - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities and their integration with CPQ. - Knowledge of integration points between Salesforce CPQ and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Billing). - Experience working with Agile development methodologies. - Understanding of various pricing models and strategies. - Experience in specific industries relevant to our clients (e.g., SaaS, Manufacturing, Healthcare). - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience. - Experience with data migration and data cleansing activities related to CPQ implementations.
