Kaivale Technologies - Eightfold Developer - Oracle ERP Integration

Eightfold Developer : We are seeking an experienced and skilled Eightfold Developer with a strong focus on integration to join our team for a 6-month extendable contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Eightfold platform, with a particular emphasis on integrating it seamlessly with Oracle ERP systems. You will leverage your understanding of AI solutions and your hands-on experience with the Eightfold application to deliver robust and efficient integrations. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in the development and implementation of the Eightfold talent intelligence platform within client environments. - Possess strong development and implementation experience specifically integrating the Eightfold application with Oracle ERP systems. This includes understanding data flows, APIs, and integration methodologies between the two platforms. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of AI solution development concepts and how they are applied within the Eightfold platform. - Be proficient in planning application releases, coordinating effectively with solution architects and other development team members to ensure timely and successful deployments. - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable integrations between Eightfold and various other systems, with a primary focus on Oracle ERP. - Define and implement data mapping and transformation logic required for seamless data exchange between Eightfold and integrated systems. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the integrity and reliability of Eightfold integrations. - Analyze and resolve issues related to Eightfold application functionality and integrations. - Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for development and integration processes. - Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Requirements : - Minimum of 6 years of overall experience in software development with a significant focus on AI solutions. - Proven development and implementation experience integrating Eightfold with Oracle ERP systems is mandatory. - AI Solution Understanding : Sound understanding of AI solution development concepts and their application within platforms like Eightfold. - Experience in planning application releases and coordinating with architects and other development team members. - Strong skills in developing and implementing integrations between enterprise systems. - Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and integration methodologies. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
