We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to lead our efforts in building advanced conversational AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. Job Summary : As a Senior AI/ML Developer (Lead Role), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex AI/ML systems, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and knowledge graph integration. You will lead a small team of developers, ensuring best practices in LLM application development, and contribute to the architectural design of our AI-powered solutions. You will be instrumental in integrating external AI APIs, building robust RAG pipelines, and ensuring the security and performance of our Python APIs. Responsibilities : - Lead the integration of Perplexity.ai and ChatGPT APIs for real-time, context-aware chatbot interactions. - Design and implement intent extraction and NLP models to enhance conversational AI capabilities. - Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for applications requiring access to external knowledge sources. - Utilize LangChain and Llama Index to build efficient and scalable LLM-powered applications. - Design and implement solutions using Graph Databases (Neo4j) to represent and query knowledge. - Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for efficient semantic search and retrieval. - Develop and maintain Python APIs (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js APIs (Express, NestJS) for AI/ML services. - Implement robust API security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity. - Set up and maintain performance monitoring and logging for Python APIs. - Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. - Establish and enforce best practices in LLM application development, code quality, and testing. - Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration of AI/ML applications (Good to have). - Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and reliable deployment pipelines. - Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to AI/ML development. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and related technologies. - Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development. Technical Skills : - Deep knowledge of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, GPT-4, Perplexity.ai, and LangChain. - Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express, NestJS). - Experience with Graph Databases (Neo4j) and RAG techniques. - Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). - Good to have Experience with Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in1 a team environment. - Ability to lead a small team. Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
