Current Role : Engineering Manager Location : Noida (Hybrid) Job Description : You will take the role of Engineering Manager. Expectations from the Role holder is to be a tech expert, to lead sprints with capable tech teams with a high people management quotient, and to prioritize tasks. You will manage multiple products/ tools and a team of 10 members. You will be the owner of sprint optimization and systems. You will drive technical design, re-design, remodeling, and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. As an Engineering Manager, you partner with cross-functional teams, Product Managers as well as senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team, and collaborate & drive design discussions, and technology choices, and participate in design & code reviews. You will build processes for the team, champion product thinking and provide technical leadership. We expect you to do a detailed & periodic assessment of people, define their career paths, and ensure knowledge transfer. Skills & Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream. PG is good to have. - Total Experience : 8-12 Years, prior experience in Blockchain products is essential. - Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js - Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB - Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures. - Preferred : Designed, developed and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud. - Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.
