Aivoks Technologies - Data Engineer - Data Quality & Governance

DATA QUALITY : - Lead Data Quality Initiatives Drive data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to support Global Supply Chain objectives. - Define & Maintain Data Quality Standards Establish rules, thresholds, and metrics for critical business data. - Collaborate with Stakeholders Work with data stewards, analysts, SMEs, and data owners to develop and sustain data quality frameworks. - Enhance Data Quality Framework Expand in-house capabilities by integrating advanced data quality solutions into data platforms. - Deliver Data Quality Solutions Provide dashboards and tools to measure and manage business-critical data. - Implement Data Governance Controls Co-lead governance initiatives alongside the Data Governance Lead. - Ensure Data Compliance & Risk Management Mitigate risks, conduct assessments, and ensure adherence to regulations like GDPR and CCPA. - Optimize Metadata Management Maintain metadata integrity, identify gaps, and consolidate critical data elements. - Conduct Data Issue Analysis Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend solutions for data concerns. - Drive Governance & Best Practices Define governance structures, policies, and processes while supporting data stewards and governance committees. What We Are Looking For - 6 8 years of work experience - At least 4 years of experience working in data quality and governance - Subject matter expertise on data management policy, Issue Management & Resolution and knowledgeable with data-related policies and standards - Advanced experience in data analysis, business requirement gathering, dashboarding and reporting, preferably with Microsoft Azure, SQL, Python, Power BI and Tableau. - Strong IT literacy with experience in SAP ERP Systems - Project experience as either project lead or core project team member. - Results driven with strong ownership and accountability. - Ability to analyze problems as well as propose and implement own solutions. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an aptitude for planning and prioritization. - Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects and tasks in parallel. - Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions. - Strong team player with ability to build effective partnering relationships. - Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach Desired Qualifications - Advanced proficiency with Python - Experience with SAP S/4 Hana - CDMA certification (ref:hirist.tech)
