Senior Frontend Developer - React.js/AngularJS/Vue.js

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies and a familiarity with the .NET ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of user-facing features for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a proven track record of delivering complex frontend : Technical Leadership & Development : - Lead the technical design and development of complex frontend features and components. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces that adhere to best practices and design specifications. - Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs developed using .NET technologies (e.g., ASP.NET Core Web API). - Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of frontend architecture and coding standards. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues across different browsers and devices. Collaboration & Communication : - Collaborate effectively with backend developers to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration. - Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces. - Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior frontend developers. Innovation & Best Practices : - Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the development process and application performance. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and workflows. - Ensure the security and accessibility of the frontend applications. - Implement and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3-6 years of professional experience in frontend development. - Strong proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or Less), and JavaScript (ES6). - Solid experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (React, Angular, Vue.js) and its ecosystem (state management, routing, etc.). - Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs developed using .NET technologies (ASP.NET Core Web API). - Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and error handling in JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. - Familiarity with frontend build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Parcel, npm, yarn). - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and techniques. - Knowledge of browser compatibility issues and cross-browser development. - Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Jasmine) and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Vuex. - Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG). - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Understanding of web security best practices (e.g., CORS, XSS, CSRF). - Experience with performance optimization techniques for frontend applications. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools. - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Contributions to open-source projects.
