Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer Experience Level : 5 to 8 years Job Location : Pune (Onsite/Hybrid as per project needs) Contract Duration : 6 months (Extendable based on project requirements) Number of Positions : 3 Job Description : We are seeking experienced Senior Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team for an exciting 6-month contract (with high potential for extension) . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development and integration, with experience working on large-scale enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and enhance solutions in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and related modules. - Work on OppReg, Customer Master (MDM), Pricing, MDF/Rebate Management, and EDU/Training Platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems. - Participate in ongoing development projects to support and enhance new software offerings. - Ensure best practices are followed in coding, configuration, and design. Required Skills & Experience : - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. - Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Salesforce Integration techniques (REST, SOAP APIs). - Experience with MDM / Customer Master, Pricing Models, and Rebate Management. - Exposure to training platforms or education modules within Salesforce is a plus. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components). - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting. Nice to Have : - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant). - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. (ref:hirist.tech)
