This role requires expertise across all Oracle Fusion ERP modules, with a particular focus on financial modules. The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work environment with occasional travel to client sites. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration across all modules. - Analyze business processes and map requirements to Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. - Deliver expertise in financial modules while supporting implementation across all other modules. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and address challenges. - Conduct training for end-users and provide post-implementation support. - Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and training Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation across multiple modules. - Strong understanding of the financial module in Oracle Fusion is essential. - Prior experience in working with investment companies or financial services is and Competencies : - Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, especially financials, supply chain, procurement, and HCM. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to manage remote teams and ensure the success of hybrid projects. - Oracle Fusion ERP certification is highly Environment : - Primarily remote with 20% travel to client locations (Saudi Arabia. 80% Remote, 20% Travel). - Collaborative, dynamic environment offering opportunities for professional growth.
