Technical Lead - Python Frameworks

Your Job : - Define and drive the overall Python development strategy and own architecture and design decisions across services and modules. - Lead a team of Python developers; conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions. - Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps, QA, and other teams to deliver features on time. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable implementations. - Own delivery timelines, project health, and risk management. - Establish coding standards and review processes and drive test automation, CI/CD integration, and code coverage improvement. - Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code, containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and monitoring. Your Capabilities : - Deep understanding of Python internals (memory management, concurrency, GIL). - Expertise in one or more frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Fast API). - Design and implement scalable, secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs. - Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and domain-driven design and design modular, reusable components and service-oriented/microservice architectures. - Implement and enforce unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies and use testing tools like PyTest, Unit test, Mock, Coverage. - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Containerize applications using Docker, deploy with Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
