We are looking for EBS Apps Tech Consultants with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in the areas of R12 Upgrade, customizations, and performance tuning. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with R12.2, strong Oracle Application Framework (OAF) skills, and the ability to lead teams in R12 Upgrade projects. Roles and Responsibilities : - Prepare Technical Design documents and System Test scripts. - Lead the team in R12.2 Upgrade projects, with experience in R12 Upgrade. - Develop and maintain OAF-based customizations and extensions. - Work on Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms, and Customizations. - Implement and customize Oracle Applications (11i/R12) RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions). - Perform Performance tuning for SQL and PL/SQL queries. - Develop Oracle Forms (both development and personalization), BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Workflows. - Use Oracle APIs for interfaces to Oracle Financials and AOL/Sys-Admin components. - Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment. - Have a good understanding of functional flows, particularly in O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) cycles. - Focus on Manufacturing/SCM/Financial modules in Oracle EBS. - Familiarity with working in R12.2 environments. - EDI knowledge is a plus. Skills and Qualifications Required : - 10 years of professional experience in Oracle EBS applications, particularly in R12. - Strong OAF (Oracle Application Framework) skills. - Expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Performance tuning. - Experience with Oracle Forms, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Workflows. - Solid knowledge of Oracle APIs for Financials and Sys-Admin interfaces. - Hands-on experience with Data Conversion/Migrations, Reports, Forms, and customizations. - Experience with R12 Upgrade and RICE customizations. - Good understanding of O2C and P2P cycles. - Knowledge of EDI is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
