Join us to shape the future of fashion tech Position Overview : As a Product Analyst AI Innovation, you will spearhead the integration of advanced AI/ML capabilities into our SaaS platform, driving automation, operational efficiency, and user-centric design. This role demands expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cutting-edge solutions for the fashion ecosystem. Key Responsibilities : 1. AI-Driven Product Strategy & Execution : - Define and own the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features like Generative AI (GPT-4o, LlamaIndex) and Agentic AI (AutoGen, LangGraph) to solve critical industry challenges. - Conduct market research to identify AI trends (e.g., predictive analytics, autonomous workflows) and translate them into actionable product requirements. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to prototype, develop, and launch AI-powered features. 2. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Ownership : - Manage the entire lifecycle : ideation, user research, MVP development, A/B testing, and post-launch optimization. - Analyze user feedback and product metrics to refine AI models, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. - Define KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, efficiency gains) to measure the impact of AI integrations. 3. Technical Implementation & Innovation - Generative AI : Develop solutions for automated content generation, trend forecasting, and personalized user experiences. - Agentic AI : Design autonomous workflows (e.g., supply chain automation, dynamic pricing) using frameworks like n8n and LangGraph. - AI Tools : Leverage AI-augmented platforms (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for rapid prototyping and code optimization. - UX/UI Design : Utilize AI-driven tools (Figma, Uizard) to create intuitive, data-backed interfaces. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Partner with engineers to deploy scalable machine learning models and ensure robust MLOps pipelines. - Work with business stakeholders to align AI capabilities with revenue growth and operational efficiency targets. - Evangelize Agile methodologies (sprint planning, retrospectives) to maintain delivery velocity. Required Qualifications : - Education : Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. - Experience : - 2 years in product management/analysis in a SaaS or AI product-based company. - Proven track record of integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise-grade products. - Technical Skills : - Generative AI : Hands-on experience with GPT-4o, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. - Agentic AI : Proficiency in AutoGen, LangGraph, or workflow automation tools. - Coding : Python/R, SQL; familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot). - Design : Figma, Uizard, or AI-powered UX/UI platforms. - Methodologies : Agile, Design Thinking, Data-Driven Decision-Making.
