Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Logistics Domain

Senior AI Engineer Multi-Agent Systems (Logistics Domain) Location : Remote | Experience : 3 Years | Domain : AI/ML, Logistics Tech We are looking for a senior AI engineer to lead the development of a cutting-edge, multi-agent AI system for the logistics industry. This role involves building intelligent agents using CrewAI and LangChain, optimizing workflows, and executing rigorous A/B and beta testing to ensure real-world Responsibilities : - Architect and develop collaborative AI agents using CrewAI for real-time logistics optimization. - Leverage LangChain for NLP, contextual reasoning, RAG, and external API integration. - Design and execute A/B and beta testing pipelines to ensure robustness and efficiency. - Develop agentic workflows, decision models, and real-time monitoring dashboards. - Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate AI into logistics platforms (TMS, WMS). - Mentor junior developers on cutting-edge AI technologies and testing : - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML (PhD preferred). - 3 years in AI development, including multi-agent systems and LLM-based chatbot deployment. - Proven hands-on experience with CrewAI, LangChain, and RAG-based chatbot development. - Strong Python skills and familiarity with TensorFlow/PyTorch. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), and dashboard tools (Grafana/Tableau). - Bonus: Knowledge of logistics optimization, Cursor/MCP, graph theory, and blockchain.
