Middle & Junior PMO

HSPI S.p.A. – part of the TXT Group – is a management consulting firm specialized in IT Governance services. To support the expansion and strengthening of its team in the Rome office , the company is seeking professionals with at least 1 year of experience to join as PMOs. Main Responsibilities: PMO activities: Managing project status meetings (SAL) and operational reporting; Support for Project Management functions; Assisting in managing projects by coordinating and organizing activities to meet project timelines; Writing detailed documentation; Interacting with various stakeholders involved in the project. Requirements: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio; Good knowledge of Microsoft Project; Good knowledge of the English language; At least 1 year of experience in the role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or STEM fields. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with client representatives; Attention to detail in producing deliverables; Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
