Project Quality Manager

The "Project Quality Manager" is responsible for ensuring project quality and safety assurance, coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project, and ensuring alignment between the project QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives and customer satisfaction. Customer and Management Act as the interface with the Customer quality and safety teams Define and monitor the correct execution of the project quality plan Establish the Project Quality plan and ensure its proper application Support project teams, especially the Project Manager, in preparing gate reviews and following up on related action plans Report quality and safety alerts Ensure the quality of modifications made during the project Ensure REX process compliance within the project Ensure safety assessments are correctly implemented (e.g., safety review) and prepare safety authorizations Control project deliverables compliance through inspections and audits, authorizing presentation/delivery to the customer Support quality checks and audits on-site Continuous Improvement Manage non-conformities and safety issues, facilitating problem-solving during project execution to reduce non-quality costs Support root cause analysis of additional baseline/gate review NOGO/8D to identify preventive actions Measure and improve project quality performance Enhance the efficiency of quality teams to reduce functional costs Alstom is committed to creating a diverse and international working environment that reflects the future of our industry, our clients, and end-users.
