Finance & Accounting Specialist

Location: L'Aquila, Italy Tecno In Srl, a multiservice company with extensive experience in the geology, environment, and engineering sectors, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team at our Naples office. Within a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, the successful candidate will focus on structuring and improving financial processes, contributing to the company's administrative, accounting, and financial activities in close collaboration with corporate headquarters. Specifically, the role will support: Accounting activities related to the preparation of the annual financial statements; Controlling activities involving reporting; Financial planning and the application of financial models to verify future cash flows; Management and preparation of Cash Flow statements; Relations with banks and credit institutions; Tax-related activities. Requirements include: Good knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.); Good understanding of general accounting, invoicing (both receivable and payable), bank reconciliation; Familiarity with ERP systems; Ability to work independently and in a team; Problem-solving skills and attention to detail; 3 to 5 years of experience in finance. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is a preferred qualification. The contractual framework and compensation will be determined based on the candidate's actual experience and skills.
