Finance & Accounting Specialist

Location: Cremona, Italy Tecno In Srl, a multiservice company with extensive experience in geology, environment, and engineering sectors, is seeking to hire a Finance & Accounting Specialist for its Napoli office. Within a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and improving financial processes, contributing to the company's administrative, accounting, and financial activities in close collaboration with corporate headquarters. Specifically, the role involves supporting: Accounting activities related to preparing the annual financial statements; Controlling activities focused on reporting; Financial planning and application of financial models to verify future cash flows; Management and preparation of Cash Flow statements; Relations with banks and credit institutions; Tax-related activities. Requirements include: Good knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, etc.); Strong understanding of general accounting, invoicing (both receivable and payable), and bank reconciliation; Familiarity with ERP systems; Ability to work independently and within a team; Problem-solving skills and attention to detail; 3-5 years of experience in finance.
