Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy manufacturing industrialization and engineering improvement strategies. Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost, quality and safety. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers. Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and production teams. Identify emerging skills, manage habilitations, and foster technical competencies. Define and manage budgets in alignment with competitiveness objectives. Promote a strong culture of leadership, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), and quality across the organization. Profile Requirements: Education: Professional Degree / Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 5 years in a manufacturing or industrial leadership role Languages: English – Fluent/ French – Fluent Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes: CNC (Turning, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Shaping, EDM), CMM, Heat & Surface Treatments, NDT Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Flow Management Proficient in Data Analysis and Structured Problem Solving Key Competencies: Collaborative and effective communication Positive and trustworthy leadership Strategic planning and critical thinking Results-oriented, time management, and meeting facilitation Software & Tools: MS Office, SAP, SyteLine, MS Project Sinumerik, TopSolid, NC Simul, CATIA Why Join Safran?
