What You’ll Do Own the end‑to‑end production of YouTube videos: pre‑production planning, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery. Optimize the Smithii YouTube channel for growth: keyword research, SEO‑friendly titles/descriptions, tags, playlists, and thumbnails. Develop a consistent publishing calendar and coordinate with Marketing and Design teams to source raw footage and subject‑matter experts. Analyze channel analytics (watch time, retention, CTR, subscriber growth) and propose data‑driven improvements. Run A/B tests on thumbnails, titles, and formats to maximize reach and engagement. Document workflows, templates, and best practices to scale Smithii’s video operation. Must‑Have 2 years editing video content for YouTube using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Solid grasp of YouTube SEO, metadata optimization, and audience‑retention tactics. Ability to work autonomously, hit deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback. Nice‑to‑Have Familiarity with blockchain/crypto topics—or a strong desire to learn. Knowledge of YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, or other growth‑marketing tools (desirable) English and Spanish bilingual proficiency. What We Offer 100 % flexible hours and a remote‑first culture.
