Position Overview Elektra Go is searching for a highly qualified marketing project manager who can contribute to new and existing projects and tasks while ensuring the timely and efficient flow of information and materials through the marketing department to align with company goals. This role will focus on D2C-related marketing initiatives, social media and website management, content creation, and ensuring marketing compliance.The candidate must be an organized multitasker, with strong communication skills and be able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Traffic Coordination: Lead marketing project management for Elektra Go campaigns, ensuring alignment and flawless execution across digital and traditional channels. Project Management: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery timelines for omni-channel campaigns that include digital ads, social media, email, community events, print materials, and more. Communications Coordination: Oversee project timelines, briefs, approvals, and campaign calendars using tools like Monday.com and Google Workspace. Act as the central point of contact between creative, media, product, compliance, and external agency teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered on time. Platform Proficiency: Utilize expertise in project management platform Monday.com to optimize workflow efficiency and resource allocation. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance (QA) for all marketing assets, from social media posts and landing pages to flyers and event signage. Process Improvement: Continuously improve internal processes, ensuring that we stay on top of deliverables and communication across teams. Support Activities: Provide comprehensive support for a wide array of marketing activities, including content updates, project documentation, and coordination efforts. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials consistent with the brand identity. Startup Environment Adaptability: Thrive in a startup environment by bringing organization to chaos, demonstrating flexibility, and adapting to evolving priorities. Multitasking and Problem Solving: Effectively juggle multiple tasks, exhibiting a growth mindset, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Team Collaboration: Act as a team player, collaborating with cross-functional teams and jumping in to support where needed to drive collective success. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing project management or coordination, with experience executing both digital and traditional media campaigns or equivalent experience 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or traffic coordination or similar role Essential for the position: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - spoken and written Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, Canva, and HubSpot. Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software Experience in budgeting Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping teams aligned and on schedule. A creative and execution-focused mindset — comfortable reviewing and optimizing both digital assets and physical marketing materials. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the technology, financial industry. Experience working with the U.S. Hispanic audiences and an understanding of cultural nuances is highly preferred.
