Job Description
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Sr Analyst, with a strong background and expertise in planning, negotiating and executing the brand promotional calendar in strategic commercial partners , delivering best in class in store execution, elevating brand sell out and market share. Activities include leading the Trade Marketing strategy and projects within Mexico market working closely with the Sales team, negotiating and implementing strategies on the point of sales. This candidate will be responsible for leading the promoters (merchandising) team guaranteeing its commitment and alignment through tools, communication and processes. The ideal candidate is someone strongly passionate about Shopper Marketing with strong analytical (data-driven), commercial and leadership skills interested in our Brand & Products. He/she is a dynamic, positive and open-minded leader, who is able to work in an always dynamic and evolving environment, turning his/her strategic & creative thinking into concrete actions & facts. Responsibilities Support sales team to accelerate sell out in Digital and Physical POS creating the right plans according to the brand and product strategy. Execute in store strategy (digital and physical) considering all relevant touchpoints to increase conversion. Analyze sell out KPIs (sell out, floorshare, hotspots, market share, etc) and elaborate action plan to mitigate opportunities and potentialize results. Supporting clients marketing strategies and product promotion campaigns. Lead/manage Trade Marketing Assistant and Training Assistant. Leadership of promoters team (merchandising) defining routes for visits, goals and kpis to be achieved aiming the best ROI for the company and available to do tactical changes in order to maximize Sell Out. Assist clients in determining and elevating brand positioning, providing marketing assets to all channels and vendors: POP Materials, Displays, Digital assets for ecommerce etc. In partnership with the Sales team, design and implement an integrated promotional calendar with key trade partners. Planning and execution of the training platform of the brand for retail salespeople and promoters. Work closely with various internal (Sales/Brand/ Product/ Global Team etc) and external (Trade Partners, Agencies) stakeholders leading the shopper marketing implementation according to the plan. Administrate and control the revenue generation local budget to maximize return of investment (ROI). Minimum requirements Fluent in Spanish and English. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Travel disponibility throughout the territory At least 3 years of Marketing/ Trade Marketing Experience. Budget management. Commercial/Trade Marketing/ Shopper Marketing expertise: knowledge of retail and point of sales environment and shopper understanding. Strategic thinking , project management (budget, brand plans, campaigns) and highly organized. Leadership skills are a must. Good knowledge in Powerpoint, Excel and Google applications (Gmail, Gdrive, google sheets etc.). Ability to actively lead & drive teamwork. Self-organised and able to work under pressure with deadlines, have a sense of prioritization. Passionate, motivated, and creative attitude. Results and Data-driven. Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communications skills including experience developing and delivering effective presentations, executive summaries and proposals. People management experience. The job has administrative duties related to getting the job done and completed.
