Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities Sales strategy development and implementation: develop and implement sales strategies to reach company goals and improve sales performance. Dealer network development: develop and expand new dealer channels, maintain cooperative relationships with dealers, and drive dealer sales performance and market coverage. Market Expansion: Identify market opportunities, expand new customers, and enhance the influence of the company and agricultural machinery products in the Mexican market. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with agricultural departments, industry associations and other relevant organizations to ensure the smooth running of the business. Team Management: Lead and train the sales team to improve the overall performance of the team. Business Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on market dynamics, sales data and business development, and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Educational background: Bachelor's degree. Work Experience: Extensive work experience in a similar position, especially in the field of machinery. Language skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written expression). Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and good experience working with Mexican authorities and industry associations.
