About the Department The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to support its business objectives. Group Finance We facilitate enhanced decision-making to achieve sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. Our responsibilities include providing insights into the Group's performance through financial, regulatory, and performance reporting. Job Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Process: Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial reports in accordance with accounting and regulatory standards. Support the preparation of financial reports with analyses and insights for senior management. Establish and maintain strong governance processes and controls around financial reporting to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve financial reporting issues. Identify process improvements and implement best practices for financial reporting and consolidation. Project Management: Lead and manage financial reporting-related projects, ensuring quality completion within timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and outcomes. Manage resources, timelines, and risks associated with project execution. Communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders, escalating issues as needed. Job Requirements Self-starter with initiative to meet objectives and deadlines. Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Effective communicator, capable of cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Good knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) and financial consolidation processes. Proficiency in financial reporting software such as SAP, Hyperion, OBIEE, and Power BI.
