Low Bed Driver - Civil Construction (Wellington, WC)

Hire Resolve's client, a reputable civil construction company specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Low-Bed Driver to join their team in Wellington. Responsibilities: Operate and drive a low-bed truck to transport heavy equipment and machinery to various construction sites. Ensure cargo is properly secured before transport and inspect the vehicle for defects and safe operating conditions. Plan travel routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of cargo. Assist in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of cargo. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the truck as needed. Comply with all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a clean driving record. Requirements: A valid Code 14 driver's license with no endorsements. A valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP). A minimum of 5 years' experience in low-bed driving within the civil construction field. Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English. Residency within a 70 km radius of the Wellington area.
