Job Description

Responsibilities · Software Packaging: Create, test, and deploy software packages efficiently. · Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve policy, configuration, and software issues on Windows and iOS devices. · Support Ticket Management: Open and manage support tickets with Microsoft, Dell, and HP for corporate management software issues. · Level 3 Support: Provide advanced support for the Service Desk and IT Field teams (Level 2), coordinating troubleshooting efforts with various teams. Minimum Requirements · Good understanding of PC hardware and software. · Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and SCCM. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. · Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. · Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus. · Language Requirement: Proficiency in both English and French.
