Litigated File Handler - NIHL

Description To handle own caseload of litigated NIHL claims, in a supported team environment. To manage and progress claims in accordance with appropriate strategies to secure desired outcomes for clients at appropriate levels of profitability. The File Handler is required to have experience of NIHL claims and to demonstrate an ability to deal with a caseload of litigated claims.
