Repairs Scheduler

We are working with a provider of affordable housing, who are looking to recruit a Scheduler on an interim basis for up to 12 months. You will be responsible for Planning and coordinating the working day of trade operatives, ensuring they receive all of the information for them to carry out their works. Ensuring diaries are optimised to maximum capacity with minimal travel, increasing productivity, reducing cost and maintaining outstanding customer service, health and safety prioritisation and vulnerability considerations. Working collaboratively with all stakeholders including our customers on a daily basis to deliver a seamless service. To be successful with this position we are looking for: Previous experience of working within a scheduling/planning position, ideally for a housing provider or a maintenance contractor. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams Experience working in a busy office environment with reactive priorities always maintaining professional office conduct.
