The Opportunity We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Internal Sales Rep to join a dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build lasting customer relationships and contribute to the continued success of a rapidly expanding business. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Generation: Convert inbound enquiries into customers and proactively generate new business through calls, emails, and strategic outreach. Client Consultations: Conduct telephone consultations and arrange site visits to collect accurate property information and provide tailored system recommendations. Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service and foster long-term relationships throughout the entire sales cycle. Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities for growth. Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to deliver relevant, informed advice to clients.
