About the Roles We are hiring for two key roles in our delivery team: Senior Build Manager – EV Hubs & High-Voltage Infrastructure You will lead the delivery of large-scale EV charging hubs, including high-voltage (HV) substations and connections, across a portfolio of nationwide sites. This role demands hands-on experience with ICP/DNO environments and HV electrical infrastructure , alongside the ability to manage complex, multi-site delivery programmes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full project lifecycle from civils to commissioning Manage contractors, including ICPs and DNO coordination Lead site-level delivery of HV and LV electrical infrastructure Ensure build quality, compliance, and safety across all phases Collaborate with planning, engineering, and local authority teams You’ll Bring: Strong track record in HV build delivery, substations, and connections Background in ICP/DNO, utilities, or large-scale energy infrastructure Confident leadership of on-site operations and contractor performance Junior Build Manager – EV Infrastructure Delivery Supporting the Senior Build Manager, you’ll assist with the planning and coordination of EV charging site builds, ideal for someone early in their infrastructure delivery career and eager to develop in a high-growth, future-focused environment.
