The Role You will advise a broad portfolio of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporates across a full spectrum of corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions (both share and asset deals) Shareholder agreements and joint ventures Company formations and restructuring Corporate governance and compliance Commercial contracts and transactional support You'll enjoy autonomy in your work while also collaborating closely with experienced colleagues.
