National Law Firm with a Strong Regional Presence An established and progressive national law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its dynamic and collaborative team in Southampton . This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, working with a diverse client base and alongside highly experienced lawyers in a supportive environment. The Role You'll advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including: Mergers & acquisitions Shareholder agreements Business restructures Joint ventures Commercial contracts and trading agreements Corporate governance and compliance You'll have direct client contact and be encouraged to play an active role in business development and client relationship management.
