The Role: As a care assistant in a dementia and elderly care facility, I provide daily support with tasks like eating, dressing, and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety. I engage residents in activities to promote mental stimulation and work closely with the healthcare team to monitor their well-being, offering emotional support to both residents and their families. Compassion and patience are key in helping enhance the quality of life for those with dementia related challenges. The Requirements: Experience in an elderly care setting.
