Role Overview As a Development Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-profile Commercial and Residential schemes in London. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the success of projects in terms of quality, cost, and timelines while maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Development Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, including site acquisition, planning, design, construction, and delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Planning and Feasibility: Conduct feasibility studies, including financial appraisals and risk assessments. Manage the planning application process and secure required permissions.
