Role: Multimodal Forwarder - Ocean and Road (Air Freight is bonus) Location: Birmingham Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 quarterly bonus Shift: Mon - Fri (Hybrid - One Day Work from Home) Responsibilities: Responsible for Start to Finish Multimodal Import and Export Operations Quoting and pricing shipments, maximising profit on jobs. Liaise with shippers, hauliers, and carriers Managing key accounts, ensuring all queries are dealt with correctly Arranging timely and accurate documentation for shipments Complete customs declarations Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
