Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with an internationally renowned retailer to find a dynamic Sustainability Manager to join their team based at their Head Office in London. Salary - upto £70k The Sustainability Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of green policies and initiatives, with a focus on ensuring the long-term sustainability of resources for future generations. Duties of the Sustainability Manager include: Measure the reduction in greenhouse gas emissions from operations and supply chain. Assess the sustainability practices of suppliers and ensure transparency throughout the supply chain Evaluate energy consumption and deficiency across all businesses Develop and implement environmentally conscious practices. Understand the environmental impact of the business and put in place measures to reduce year on year Evaluating suppliers, monitoring supply chain and promoting fair trade practices We are keen to speak with Sustainability Managers with the following: Degree in either Energy Management, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to influence and secure buy-in A depth of knowledge and passion for sustainability, with subject matter expertise in a range of environmental areas including Net Zero pathways and Waste & Circularity Demonstrable experience of leading sustainability change in complex environments Apply now, or to discuss this Sustainability Manager role, please contact Ian Bruce.
