HR Adviser

We’re looking for an HR Adviser to join our clients team on a 6-month fixed term contract , playing a key role in delivering effective HR support across the business. Based in Edinburgh, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. What you'll be doing: Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Supporting with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes Helping to implement HR policies and procedures Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives What we're looking for: Previous experience in an HR Adviser or similar generalist HR role Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with confidence CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable What’s on offer: Competitive salary up to £34,000 Excellent Benefits Flexible working arrangements (hybrid options available) The chance to be part of a welcoming and collaborative team If you're ready to hit the ground running and bring your HR expertise to a role where you can really make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
