Consultant Gastroenterologist

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Consultant Gastroenterologist with subspecialty interest to support a Welsh University Health Board, providing ward-based care within a modern and innovative environment. The suitable candidate will support the expansion of a new department, contributing to specialist areas - particularly ERCP, Hepatology and Nutrition. You will join a team of two Consultant Gastroenterologists, 1 StR, 1 Clinical Fellow, 2 IMT, 1 FY2 and 2 FY1. This team supports the population of North Wales (approx 700,000), based on three main acute sites. Location: Rhyl, North Wales, LL18 Salary: Up to £154,760 per annum £250 Bonus Contract: Permanent Hours: 10-sessions per week Please note, sessions are 3.75hrs. Duties: - Consultants will provide assessments, prevention, diagnosis and treatment to the service in the speciality of Gastroenterology and General Medicine. - Undertake outpatient clinics - Develop subspeciality interests, providing the expertise required of consultant physicians. Required: - GMC specialist registration in Gastroenterology This role expires on the 21st April. AAC Panel scheduled for the 30th May.
