The Opportunity You will join an established and well-respected team, working on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including: Contractual disputes Shareholder and partnership disputes Professional negligence claims Debt recovery and enforcement Intellectual property disputes Insolvency-related litigation You will take a lead role in managing significant cases, supervising junior team members, and helping drive business development initiatives within the department.
