Role: Junior Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Weybridge An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and meticulous Junior Lawyer to join our client's Commercial Property team. In this role, you will handle a diverse and challenging caseload while working closely with clients and supporting the team on a daily basis. You will have the chance to work with prestigious house builders and large-scale investors, gaining invaluable experience in the commercial property sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial property contracts and agreements. Conduct thorough legal research to support various commercial property transactions. Provide clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice while maintaining strong communication with clients. Support the management of property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing arrangements. Assist senior lawyers in the preparation of detailed legal reports, documents, and other materials. Actively participate in client meetings, helping to build and strengthen long-lasting client relationships. Ensure full compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices. What We’re Looking For: A strong academic background in law (LLB or equivalent) or substantial relevant professional experience. Proven experience in commercial property law , with a solid understanding of the sector. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet ambitious deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and approachable manner for effective client and colleague interactions.
