Site Manager Full-Time | Competitive Salary | UK-Wide Travel Required On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across multiple sites throughout the UK. This is a hands-on role requiring regular travel, and the successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage on-site activities to ensure key project milestones and quality benchmarks are achieved Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversee all site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage Maintain accurate site records and produce timely progress reports Lead site meetings and maintain open, effective lines of communication Implement and enforce health & safety procedures, including site inductions and training Carry out regular inspections and promptly address any issues or defects Manage site budgets and authorise relevant expenditure Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular professional updates Candidate Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the civil engineering sector In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, health & safety, and site coordination Excellent communication and team management skills Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software SMSTS qualification essential EUSR SHEA Power or valid CSCS card required What’s on Offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Company van and fuel card All travel expenses covered Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Apply Now If this opportunity sounds like the right fit for you, please submit your most recent CV.
