The Ideal Candidate: Experience: At least 3 years of relevant construction/ground investigation experience Skills: Working knowledge of ground investigation and heath & safety awareness is a must. Ability to coordinate and execute ground investigations, manage costs, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong communication skills internally and externally, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Qualifications: BSc (MSc preferable), working towards Chartered Status (or plan to), SMSTS and CSCS Management qualifications desirable, Risk Assessment Appreciation Training. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute ground investigations. Preparation and management of multiple site investigation projects from contract award through to financial closure. Prepare and deliver factual reports in accordance with project milestone dates. Preparation and delivery of construction phase plans incorporating RAMS. Contribute expertise and provide input into the planning stage of new projects. Ensure follow-up on payments for works completed. Monitor costs in relation to individual contract works. Prepare and deliver technical reports. Assist the HSEQ Advisor in investigations into accidents and incidents. Maintain effective communication with clients and directors. Develop personal objectives and participate in professional growth opportunities. Assist in the maintenance and improvement of Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental accreditation. Monitor contractual and assurance performance. Ensure electronic access to all relevant projects is kept up to date. Travel Requirements: Predominantly office-based with occasional site meetings to assess progress and meet client representatives. Based out of Glasgow office. Apply Now.
