Strategy Director

Job Title: Senior Strategy Manager Salary: £75,000 - £90,000, depending on background & experience Location: London, hybrid working Skills: Strategy, Agency, Global pitches, Global Brand Position, Strategic Planning My client is an award-winning global studio with offices the EMEA region & they are currently seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to join their talented European strategy team in London. As a multi-disciplinary studio, you will need to understands the importance of an omnichannel approach in building strong and distinctive brands. As part of the team, you will deliver design, brand, and innovation solutions to a global client base. Your role will involve translating brand strategy into communication and activation strategies, as well as developing messaging matrices for relevant touchpoints and audiences. You will closely with the wider business including; Content, Client Services & Design teams in order to help bring the strategic thinking to life. Ideally, you will have relevant experience in a communications, activation, or integrated agency. Experience in delivering international projects is highly valued, as our work is truly global. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with client teams to define clear communication and activation objectives, utilising existing research and your own expertise Building messaging matrices that resonate with the brand's target audience(s) and identifying relevant touchpoints for communication and activation Working with copywriters, art directors, and creative teams to translate objectives into opportunities, shaping and guiding the output Acting as the voice of strategy in internal meetings and client presentations Contributing to studio inspiration and new business opportunities, actively strengthening the team This position also offers the opportunity to expand your skill-set by working on innovation, brand, and design challenges. The salary is ranging from £75,000 - £90,000 depending on the candidate’s experience & background. They are based in Central; however, this role offers hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 from home.
