Job Description
Our client, a world-renowned technology consulting organisation, is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to support and drive strategic commercial outcomes across large-scale managed service deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, innovation, and business transformation, providing critical commercial insight and modelling expertise to senior stakeholders and global teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial modelling for complex domestic and international client opportunities, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic goals Develop and maintain innovative pricing models, including risk/reward, utility-based, and gain-share frameworks Create and manage contract P&Ls, ensuring financial sustainability over the contract lifecycle Produce asset financing requests, risk registers, client pricing templates, and cashflow forecasts Analyse and improve pricing methodologies to enhance competitiveness and profitability Guide internal stakeholders through commercial governance processes and obtain relevant approvals Present commercial solutions to internal leadership including country and regional boards Advise on transactional structures, cross-border tax implications, logistics, and foreign exchange risk Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to secure favourable terms with clients and vendors Act as the commercial point of contact for key client opportunities, attending client meetings as required Support ad-hoc commercial queries across the wider business Engage in peer review and brainstorming sessions to evaluate alternative deal strategies Requirements: Engage in peer review and brainstorming sessions to evaluate alternative deal strategies Minimum of 6 years’ commercial management experience in a multi-national organisation within the IT industry. Extensive experience in complex commercial modelling and financial acumen Confident communicator with exposure to executive level client-facing experience Experience of working with, and building, complex Managed Services commercial models and P&L’s Ideally having a finance-based University degree (or higher) Advantageous if ACCA or CIMA qualified Excellent knowledge of English (working language) Advanced Excel skills This role provides direct exposure to high-level decision-making and strategic client engagements. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work with senior executives across regions, contribute to global commercial strategy, and progress into broader leadership roles within commercial finance or corporate strategy.
