Interim Securitisation Lawyer - In-house - Financial Institution Our client, a top city law firm is currently looking for a Securitisation Lawyer to work on a secondment type role for a key client of theirs - a large bank. Role requirements: A senior securitisation lawyer with specific experience in synthetic risk transfer transactions Experience in derivatives a bonus but not essential This opportunity would be for an initial period of six months with potential for extension with the client ideally looking for someone to work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in office and 3 days working remotely.
