Corporate Solicitor

This is an opportunity to join a top-tier Corporate M&A team in Bristol recognised for its excellence in handling high-profile transactions, both in the UK and internationally. As a Senior Associate, you'll lead on complex public and private M&A deals, private equity transactions, and equity capital markets work, serving a diverse clientele that includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investors.​ Key Responsibilities: Leading and advising on sophisticated M&A, private equity, and corporate finance matters. Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing commercially astute and technically sound advice. Managing and executing transactions from initial structuring through to completion. Mentoring and supporting junior Lawyers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing. Collaborating with colleagues across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters. Driving business development initiatives and helping grow client relationships.​ About You: Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered) with 6 years' PQE in corporate law. Strong technical ability, combined with sound commercial judgment. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
