About the Role As Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of quality, health & safety, and environmental (QHSE) management. From leading audits to implementing a new Document Management System, you'll ensure our systems meet high standards while adding commercial value. You'll report directly to the SVP Engineering and work across teams to embed best practices and drive performance. This role is ideal for someone with consultancy or fee-for-service experience who enjoys autonomy and impact. ✅ What You'll Do Lead and evolve QHSE systems (ISO 9001 essential) Oversee internal/external audits and corrective actions Improve and implement quality processes across engineering projects Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management across the business Support environmental strategy and drive sustainable practices Help roll out a new Document Management System What We're Looking For Graduate calibre or industry-trained experience, ideally with a technical background Proven experience in senior QHSE roles within a consultancy/project-based environment Experience working with electronic product development and small-scale manufacture Experience with either a Tier One or Prime manufacturer of electronics is welcome Strong communicator, self-motivated, solution-focused Experience with ISO accreditations and familiarity with export controls (training available) What's on Offer Competitive salary benefits Flexible hybrid working Friendly, inclusive culture with regular team events Career growth in a respected, forward-thinking consultancy Easy access to Cambridge and surrounding areas Ready to make your mark?
