Job Description

As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide crucial administrative and secretarial support to our busy conveyancing department. Your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our clients through excellent communication and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Managing client files and maintaining accurate records Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally Scheduling appointments and managing diaries Assisting with the submission of searches and Land Registry applications Supporting fee earners with general administrative duties About You: Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal secretarial role is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Friendly, approachable, and client-focused
