Run your own caseload to include: Company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes (And possibly data protection & intellectual property disputes) Potential to advise on insolvency other matters as & when they arise Inherit a caseload and build upon it You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm - With full assistance from the in-house marketing team of course What do you need?
