As they continue to expand their Scottish offering, we are representing them exclusively in their search for a Legal Advisor with experience in personal injury claims. What you’ll be doing: Managing a high-volume caseload of Pursuer RTA PI claims using their Case Management System and established procedures. Progressing cases efficiently, offering timely and professional legal advice with regular client contact. Identifying litigation opportunities and acting decisively when proceedings are tactically beneficial. Advising clients pragmatically on settlement and litigation risk. Meeting and exceeding targets around settlements and profitability while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Liaising with medical experts, insurers and third parties to proactively move cases forward. Thriving in a collaborative, high-performance environment with plenty of autonomy. What you’ll bring: Proven experience handling RTA PI claims (Pursuer side). Understanding of Scottish Protocol Personal Injury and pre-litigation non-PI RTA claims. Strong IT skills – confident with case management systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
