Job Description
Finance Administrator Are you an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join there dynamic team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Location:Edinburgh - Hybrid working Duration: 6 months (potential extension) Start Date: ASAP Requirement: Successful candidates will need to complete a Basic Disclosure Scotland check. Key Responsibilities: - Processing purchase orders on the financial system - Posting authorised invoice batches into the system - Managing the finance team mailbox, ensuring timely responses - Supporting contract managers with financial administration tasks - Creating supplier accounts - Completing month-end reconciliations, including journal checks & spend reviews (GPC & EEMS) - Assisting the Finance Support Manager with ad hoc tasks What Were Looking For: - Previous experience in a financial administrative role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
